Born in the "old" Decorah Memorial Hospital, Janice Numedahl grew up and has since resided in the Decorah area all her life.  Janice began her sales career in March, 1981 with her personal lines insurance license.  She expanded that career by earning her real estate license in April, 2002 and then her brokers license in May, 2008.  Janice is a proud parent of three sons:  Scott, Steven and Andrew.  All three boys graduated from Luther College with an Accounting Degree, Scott (2000), Steven (2003), and Andrew (2007).  Janice and her husband, Mark, owned Numedahl Construction Company until 2006.  She is a member of the Decorah Lutheran Church and belongs to Priscilla evening circle.  Janice is also a member of Oneota Golf & Country Club and for the most part can say that she "enjoys" golf in her spare time.  Janice feels that it is a pleasure working with her many local acquaintances and finds it rewarding to meet all the new people wanting to settle in our fine community.
