He is a 1980 graduate of Luther College, president of Oneota Housing, a past-president of the Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce, past officer for the Decorah Community School District Foundation, past-president of the Northeast Iowa Board of Realtors and a committee chair for Oneota Golf and Country club. Jim's wife, Renee works in the office for Financial Services at Luther College, son JJ is a 2011 graduate of Luther College and Peter attends Decorah Community Schools.

Anne resides in the country with her husband, Kevin and daughters, Alise and Dacia, where they raise purebred Black Angus cattle and Pony of Americas. Their son, Daniel is a graduate from Kansas State University. As a graduate of Iowa State University, Anne has held positions in sales with Cargill and Pioneer Hybrids. Her farm background gives her extensive knowledge to assist in land purchases. Anne has or is presently serving with Grace Fellowship Church Business Affairs Team, Winneshiek County Cattlemen Association, Pony of America Clubs and Northeast Iowa Board of Realtors. | Born in the "old" Decorah Memorial Hospital, Janice Numedahl grew up and has since resided in the Decorah area all her life. Janice began her sales career in March, 1981 with her personal lines insurance license. She expanded that career by earning her real estate license in April, 2002 and then her brokers license in May, 2008. Janice is a proud parent of three sons: Scott, Steven and Andrew. All three boys graduated from Luther College with an Accounting Degree, Scott (2000), Steven (2003), and Andrew (2007). Janice and her husband, Mark, owned Numedahl Construction Company until 2006. She is a member of the Decorah Lutheran Church and belongs to Priscilla evening circle. Janice is also a member of Oneota Golf & Country Club and for the most part can say that she "enjoys" golf in her spare time. Janice feels that it is a pleasure working with her many local acquaintances and finds it rewarding to meet all the new people wanting to settle in our fine community.

| Kerry Dolan grew up in Decorah and attended the University of Iowa. He then left for most of his adult life, moving back to Decorah to marry his college sweetheart. His wife, Pat, is a Registered Nurse at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Kerry has been a realtor since 2005 and serves on the Northeast Iowa Board of Realtors. He is licensed in Iowa & Minnesota. Having returned to Decorah, he has a unique perspective on both the town and what it's like to pick up and move here. | Tracy Samuelson moved to Decorah in 1986 from Fort Dodge, Iowa where she met her husband, Jerry Joe, a native of Decorah. They live on a farm north of Decorah with their three children: Gavyn, Gayge and Kirstyn. Tracy and her family love to camp and bike. The kids are in numerous sports activities through the Decorah Community School District and participate in the county fairs by showing their 4-H projects, Angus beef. Tracy has had over 20 years of management and sales experience. She has been a realtor since May of 2006 and offers full-time dedicated service with honesty and integrity.

He understands the stresses and emotions of buying & selling after having moved eight times in the past ten years. Mark and his wife, Lea, are both Luther College graduates and moved back to Decorah from Chicago during the summer of 2007. Lea is the co-director and co-founder of Art Haus, Decorah's newest resource for visual and performing arts. They have two young children, Noah and Ada, who are just getting started in Decorah schools.

Growing up in the Cresco area and having a firm belief that family is very important, Deanna was very excited to "move home" in 1977. For 23 years she operated "Stevenson Family Day Care" and then served as the Youth Minister for 10 years at St. Benedict Church before getting her Real Estate License in 2006. Deanna is a member of the National Assoc of Realtors, Iowa Assoc of Realtors and State Board of Directors, Northeast Iowa Realtors and Board of Directors, Beta Sigma Phi Service Sorority and St. Benedict Church. With her husband, Larry, who works at Decorah Bank & Trust, they have four grown children: Andrea, Drew, Alicia and Derek, and three granddaughters, Hannah, Emma and Baya.

| Dennis Bohr has been a realtor with the A&J Petersburg Agency since 2000. He finds enjoyment in helping clients with either selling their home so they can proceed with their plans or, even more, helping people find either a new home or their first home. Dennis's community involvement has included being a Lector and serving on the Parish Council of St. Frances DeSales Church, President of the Little League Association and a Cub Scout Leader. Dennis will be a Luther College graduate in the near future, majoring in Business Administration. His wife, Lois, is a surgical nurse at the Winneshiek Medical Center. They have three children: Aaron is a 2006 graduate of Luther College and is pursuing the teaching profession in Iowa City; Nicole is majoring in the medical field at the University of Iowa; and Adam attends the Thomas Roberts High School in Decorah.

| Mark Donhowe is part-owner of the A&J Petersburg Agency and is a licensed realtor and insurance agent since 1988. He is active in various community activities including being a current board member and past-president of Winneshiek County Economic Development. Mark also served four terms on the Decorah Schools Board of Education. Mark and his wife, Vicki, are both 1970 graduates of Luther College.

| A Broker Associate Realtor with the National Association of Realtors, Bill Kayser is one of the longest-tenured realtors in Decorah. In 1970, Bill moved from Illinois and was in the group that established the Camcar plant in Decorah. Earning his Real Estate license in 1975, Bill has served the Decorah area since that time. In 1976, he became an appraiser and subsequently a Certified General Appraiser, currently serves the Northeast six counties of Iowa. Bill took Real Estate Courses at the University of Colorado, University of Minnesota and University of Wisconsin. In his spare time, Bill enjoys horse ranching and his trout pond.
